We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our IV Hydration Medical Clinic. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and driving the growth and success of the clinic. This role requires strong leadership, medical expertise, and business acumen and will oversee both locations, but will office out of the South Congress location.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight:

  • Provide medical leadership and oversight to ensure the safe and effective delivery of IV hydration therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to develop and implement treatment protocols and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and guidelines.
Operations Management:
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and optimize clinic efficiency to provide timely and exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Patient Care and Experience:
  • Foster a patient-centric environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service and a positive patient experience.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient confidentiality.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
  •  Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions.
Staff Development and Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Ensure the clinic maintains all necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance and compliance programs.

  Marketing and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the clinic's services.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable preferably for five years or more.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Must have a positive mindset and experience in problem solving.
  • Must be able to work Tues/Weds/Thurs 9:00-4:30, F/Sat 10-6:30

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to talk and hear.   This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. The employee must frequently move or lift items weighing over 40 pounds.
