Clinical Launch & Education Manager (Part-Time)
Job Summary
The Clinical Launch & Education Manager (CL&EM) supports IVitamin’s expansion by ensuring new clinic locations launch successfully while maintaining strong clinical training, compliance standards, and early-stage performance across all locations.
This role focuses on standing up new clinics from a clinical readiness standpoint, managing training systems, supporting clinical compliance, and driving successful outcomes during the first 90 days of operation.
The CL&EM reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with the Regional Manager, Systems Operations Manager, and Chief Medical Officer. During the pre-launch phase and first 60–90 days following opening, this role provides direct onboarding, training, and in-clinic support before transitioning ownership to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
New Clinic Launch & Clinical Setup
- Support interviewing and hiring of Client Coordinators and Nurses
- Order medical supplies, nutrients, and startup inventory
- Coordinate with Operations Manager on clinic readiness
- Ensure clinic is prepared for safe and efficient operations
- Support scheduling and staffing readiness prior to opening
Training, Soft Launch & Team Readiness
- Manage LMS training assignments and track completion
- Conduct SOP walkthroughs and competency validation
- Train and onboard clinical and administrative staff
- Lead soft launch period with limited operating hours
- Facilitate early revenue through training-based services
- Engage and build relationships with SBJC tenants and local partners
- Support pre-launch marketing events and awareness efforts
Launch & Post-Launch Support (First 90 Days)
- Provide in-clinic support during initial operating weeks
- Coach team on patient experience, consult flow, and service delivery
- Ensure SOP adherence and training reinforcement
- Monitor performance and address operational issues quickly
- Support early-stage revenue growth, conversion, and retention
Clinical Education & Training Systems
- Manage IVitamin’s LMS platform
- Assign and track training modules across locations
- Maintain training materials and documentation
- Ensure ongoing training compliance
Clinical Compliance & Protocol Oversight
- Ensure SOPs and protocols remain updated and compliant
- Conduct periodic audits of employee files and documentation
- Partner with NP and CMO on clinical standards and updates
Clinical KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Track training completion, compliance, and clinical KPIs
- Monitor clinical COGS trends and provide insights
- Provide reporting and visibility to leadership
Ongoing Clinical Support
- Serve as a resource for clinical questions and protocol clarification
- Provide remote and periodic in-clinic support
- Support consistency across all clinic locations
What Success Looks Like
- New clinics launch on time and operate smoothly
- Clinics achieve early-stage revenue targets
- Staff are well-trained, confident, and compliant
- Training completion and compliance standards remain high
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse preferred
- Experience in IV therapy, wellness clinics, or outpatient healthcare
- Experience training and onboarding staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support multiple locations
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $40/hour
- Baseline: ~12-15 hours/week
- Increased hours during clinic launches based on workload
